If Horde Webmail don’t open correctly in Cpanel run:
/scripts/autorepair phpapps_owner_fix
as root user. It will fix the owner prmissions
which mostyl causes this problem.

The SysCP Team has released version 1.4.1 of their
well known Server Control Panel software.
Some features have been added ( Autoresponders – Customer can view bandwidth – Mailbox Quota Limit )
but it seems that some new features are still bugging ( Automatic Package Setup ).
However the team does a good job and SysCP remains free of charge !
